I had always attempted to manage my yard myself, but once my second child arrived 3 years ago I found I was spending to much of my time on the yard and not enough with my family! Steven came out and gave a very reasonable quote and I have used and referred him ever since. When we bought our home the yard had been neglected and he has really taken the time to provide feedback and recommendations in order to get our yard in significantly better shape. Last year we even received a "Nice Yard" postcard from the HOA that typically prefers to send me other types of letters! Steven has always been available to fit us into the schedule for last minute requests if say for example "I completely forgot we were having a family event at our house and it was not our normal week for a mow". Highly recommend Steven Cochran and Cochran Lawn Care!
